4 years ago I pushed the release to sonatype oss following instructions here:
- https://www.scala-sbt.org/release/docs/Using-Sonatype.html
- https://www.scala-sbt.org/1.x/docs/Publishing.html
The command is + publishSigned to publish both 2.11 and 2.12.
After doing that, I closed then I promoted the repository following instructions here:

Making changes to prepare for publishing to sonatype for #21.
I'll may move publishing into the ci workflow (along with the github releases workflow) is that's not too onerous.
