Update to Node 20+ #21

I'm getting some warnings about Node 16 actions being deprecated: 

Node.js 16 actions are deprecated. Please update the following actions to use Node.js 20: turtlequeue/setup-babashka@v1.5.2. For more information see: https://github.blog/changelog/2023-09-22-github-actions-transitioning-from-node-16-to-node-20/.

Done in #20 by @jlindbergh, please give v1.6.0 a try
