It would be handy to publish the documentation from docs/ on https://tus.github.io/tusd

Once we are happy with the website, we should:

[ ] Add a contributing guide for people who want to develop tusd or the website
[x] Update the README to point to the website for documentation and the contributing guide
[ ] Add instructions for using with Minio and Azurite
