Fixing major issues in website UI #635

Current Condition: image image image

Changes I can fix:

  1. Toggle button is overlapping over content.
  2. Footer is stickied on the screen, but it should fixed at the bottom.
  3. The "scroll to the top" button is being overlapped by the "chatbot assistant" button.
  4. The section heading "About us" is really small and not properly aligned.
