Make Drupal Version A Project Property #7

Instead of selecting Drupal version everytime, I would love to figure out how to make the Drupal API version a property of the actual project. One option is making an entirely new project type for Drupal that extends the PHP project type.

Finally figured out how to store the Drupal version in the private.properties setting. Now to create a global default version and go from there.
