Manual controller simulation

• Make a fake inference script using controller data collected
• probably using vgamepad
• need to be able to fake inference on both local and remote play games

• Need a more responsive simulation loop or system as manual simulation was not very responsive
• Once achieved will work for AI simulation as well
• For now fake inference not completed

A more responsive manual sim support added in https://github.com/tusharparimi/fifa-bot/commit/32d2bb24dd88fc527493aaba345af9b8f7c3c3cb Time Tracked Buttons were added to support for short and long press functionality And some press update and reset logic to improve responsiveness

Changed the name to Manual Control Simulation as it can be though of as fake\manual inference instead of model inference. And since fake inference from collected data now seems not productive. CLOSING ISSUE as Manual Sim support added in https://github.com/tusharparimi/fifa-bot/commit/32d2bb24dd88fc527493aaba345af9b8f7c3c3cb
