create bible book chapter page #68

should follow url pattern e.g. /bible/genesis

this should show only the total chapters in the book e.g. genesis has 50 chapters so there should be a number list from 1 - 50 and a heading with the book name. see http://study-bible.herokuapp.com/#/bible/genesis for inspiration
