There are a lot of . . . punctuation that should be replaced by …. Maybe typogrify will do it, but make sure to check.

Typogrify actually does . …, which appears to be desirable, according to this thread: https://groups.google.com/g/standardebooks/c/7Ixzmbe6wS4/m/bNMyKnB4AwAJ

Leaving these as typogrify left them.
