there was a word I noticed during an earlier review that didn't appear to be french. if it's uncertain, use und as described here: https://standardebooks.org/manual/1.7.4/8-typography#8.2.9.8

This appears to be a spanish dialect. I'll leave it as spanish to match the rest of the chapter.
