remove scare quotes from `"Bracelets de caoutchouc"`? #30

these are quoted in the source, but are being italicized for being a non-english phrase. do they still need the scare quotes?

if not, remove them. otherwise, add a lint ignore entry as it's mistaking the quoted term for a full phrase.

You can remove the quotes. Make sure this is in an [Editorial] commit.
