revert blockquote on martin hallam's letter? #53

chapter 52. I moved this letter into blockquotes because it spanned multiple paragraphs and there was precedent in ralph crossby's letter for blockquotes, but other casual letters in the book are in paragraph, so I think it's probably better to leave it as it originally appeared.

or, if keeping in block quotes, drop the trailing quotation mark that was missed.

I think I reverted this successfully. Double-check it after building the next release draft.
