[Feature Request] Enable Seedvault encrypted backups #2251

In my opinion it would be good idea to let users backup Tusky application using Seedvault. Here you can see example of how such backup option could be implemented in privacy-respecting way. More details about it here. Thank you in advance.

HI, what content would we back up?

Suggestions:

The former should be fine regardless of end-to-end, the latter you may want to restrict to end-to-end encryption only. All of it could be restricted to end-to-end only though.

(The latter appears to be part of what Google's Block store option does for you, but it's possible to limit to end-to-end only without any Google Play Services.)

I can probably understand the preferences (but, to be honest, there are few and they are device specific anyway). I don't really think that backing up auth data is a good idea but I don't have enough experience to make this assessment.

Hello.

SeedVault is integrated in LineageOS, GrapheneOS etc. I think it is pretty secure even for Tusky accounts.
