Show which user I'm displaying follows/ followers for #2538

When I open a profile and view that person's follows and followers, each page should display which account's follows/ followers I'm viewing. Here's a screenshot, it's not possible to see which user this is for.

For comparison, here's a similar view of the Following page seen with the Mastodon app. It shows the user I'd and the count.

I have this as well using Tusky 18 with a Friendica server. But it's working correctly with another account on a Mastodon server.
