Make quote text more obvious

There is the possibility to show (expand) the replied-to text of a post when answering. However, this option is very hidden: small and not recognizable as interactive.

I myself have missed this feature countless times... And other people as well.

I propose (one or all of):

• Have "expanded" be the default

• Have it always expanded - without the possibility to hide it (maybe height limited). We do have this sort of behavior for image descriptions for example.

• Some restyling of that section might be good (e. g. regular text size?)

• [x] I searched or browsed the repo’s other issues to ensure this is not a duplicate.

I think it should be completely redesigned so it does not only show the text but the full post including images, polls, avatars etc. And instead of being collapsible one should be able to scroll it away. Kinda like Twitter does it.
