User: Search All - Services, Events, People

As a user, I want to use the search bar to find and display services, people, and events matching the keywords that I used to search.

Related to issues #45 and #61, as search results are now to be together rather than how it was independent through the filter.

Demo Steps: Prerequisite: Have a variety of users, services, and events with similar and different names/titles

1. Login
2. Use the searchbar at the top right to enter a keyword
3. Click the search button

Expected Results: Shows a list of services, events, and users if there was a match found for each.
