491 Reason: This issue is still part of the Chatbot creation process. Its extra work because it can be done by 1 person and adds value to the project without compromising other parts of it.

As a user, I want a chatbot to help me get acquainted with the software.

Scope for this sprint:

• Connect to FrontEnd and NodeJs
• Add features

Tasks:

• [x] Add basic conversation capabilities to Chatbot (1h)
• [x] Connect DialogFlow Chatbot to the website (2h)
• [x] Give help for the Services/Events pages to the users (1h)
