As a migrant/merchant, I want to have an updated UI for the forms such as create a service or create an event.

Story Points: 3 Priority: Low Risk: Low

Tasks:

[x] Find template that suits stakeholder's requirements (0.5h)
[x] Create new service form UI (1.5h)
[x] Create new event form UI (1.5h)
[x] Write Demo Steps
[x] Get Customer Sign Off

Mockup

Demo Steps:

Log in as User/Business account
Nagivate to service/event page
Click the "create" button and fill up every fields
Click "submit" and you will see your new service/event item on the page
