Event to calendar #142

This feature allows user to add events to their preferred calendar. Issue: #134 Demo steps:

  1. Login as a Migrant
  2. Create an Event (with proper title and time/date if not created)
  3. View the event
  4. Add to calendar (Google)
  5. Observe new tab from Google Calendar with correct info from MigrantHub
