Fix bugs in View Profile

Users are complaining about issues and request the following changes to be made:

1. Fix typo of word "optical solutions" to "optimum solutions"
2. Add the Title "Contact Information" for the contact information
3. Add the missing Address in Contact Information
4. Separate each section similarly to the view in edit profile for consistency and better visibility
5. Education Level is showing Language, needs to show appropriate value from the database
6. Fields such as Looking for Jobs or Proficiency Exam for IETS and French show True and False but should display Yes or No.
7. The option for Other is missing in Proficiency Exam
8. In Edit Profile, The drop-down list title for Job Status is incorrectly displaying Employment Length as its title.
9. Numbers such as Years and Income do not indicate its units.
10. Employment information is missing Job status.
11. Rearrange Employment information to be consistent with Edit Profile
12. Change the section title of Settling Information to Other Information to be consistent with Edit Profile
13. Missing Joining Reason in Other Information section.

This issue was part of iteration 9 but was missing its milestone tag and did not get signed off. The implementation and merge with master were all completed before the iteration deadline.
