Fixes: Email Confirmation/Forms/Internalization #189

Feedback Fix: #177

Demo Steps: Pre-requisite: You need to add a valid hotmail account in the .env file.

  1. Signup like usual.
  2. Verify that a confirmation email in english/french was sent to you.
  3. Switch between english and french in the service form.
  4. Switch between english and french in the event form.
