Modified chatbot's location and overall UI - #188

Demo Steps: 1 - Log In 2 - Open the chatbot located in the bottom-right corner of the UI 3 - Talk to the chatbot, should work seamlessly

@iamlax Added a notification that gets the user's attention! Also added an initial message, currently appears twice upon load, will take care of that issue in the next iteration.

@tusmanakhter I pushed the chat launcher to the left and a bit upwards too. Looks nicer now. For the side menu issue, I will talk to the stakeholder to see what he would like the appearance of the chatbot to be on a small screen.
