491 Reason: This issue gives more depth to the chatbot so that he can give more help to users, answer more specific questions and all around be more usefull. Most work was done outside the code repository such as many meetings with the stakeholder to design the chatbot's personality and the conversation tree and configuration in the Dialogflow API.
As a user, I want a more advanced (trained) chatbot that can help me with many diverse questions I may have.
