Added terms and conditions across website. The text is temporary and was taken from a canadian terms and condition template.
As requested by the stakeholder, instead of a page a dedicated scrolling modal has been created to hold our legal information. The PR also holds small fixes to the front page, where the stakeholder wanted bigger login button, consistent font sizing and smaller texts in general.
