Migrant: Save interested events #261

As a migrant, I want to be able to save events and view them on my home page

Story Points: 3 Priority: Low Risk: Low

Tasks:

[x] Modify event cards, details to show saved/unsaved icon (1hr)
[x] Add Saved event container on home with a see all button to display all saved events (3hr)
[x] UI functions to handle updating the list when saved and unsaved (1hr)
[x] Server functions to store the saved and unsaved events (3hr)
[x] Write Unit Tests
[x] Write Demo Steps
[x] Get Customer Sign Off

Demo Steps: Pre-requisite: Events exists

Visit events as migrant
Favorite/Unfavorite events directly from the cards
Favorite/UnFavorite events directly from the event details
Visit main page and view the saved events
If more than 0 saved events click view all.
Also verify that business users cant favorite events.( aka. its hidden and path restricted to migrants)
