As a migrant, I would like to have a guided tour of the main features in order to familiarize myself with the website.

Demo Steps:

1. Create a new migrant account.
2. Once created and redirected to main page, you will be greeted with the on-boarding tour. (simply follow the tutorial)
3. You may launch another use case by clicking on the "?" button (Top right corner)
4. click on any use cases and follow the tutorial
