[ ] Convert all instances of showdown.com to tppleague.me, including assets.

Notes from porting:

The Mix and Mega format on the showdown server has been updated to gen 8. Do we want to update our modified format to gen 8 as well?
There are several formats in othermetas.js that had to be commented out due to missing mod data, which had yet to be ported from the old server. Each mod will need to be verified to work under the new code.
