ldaptive: alias selection in keystores for SSL configuration #197

The KeyStoreCredentialConfig allows the setting of a truststore and/or keystore 
to be used but does not provide the granularity of selecting specific entries 
in those keystores.
Update the KeyStoreCredentialConfig to include alias properties for both 
truststore and keystore.
