Multi day event turns into all day event #2068

For example, create an event from June 04, 2020 at 17:00 to June 11, 2020 at 17:00. After saving, the event changes to June 05, 2020 at 00:00 to June 11, 2020 at 00:00 and All Day is checked.

Timezone: America/Los_Angeles Tutanota version: 3.73.1

Still happening, I think this is a very specific interaction between how all day events are determined and time zone. LA is in GMT -7, so 17 + 7 = 24 (00), thus is tricked into thinking it is an all day event. We should check this better.
