Error when activating whitelabel account and email domain is not assigned #276

The following error persists: An error dialog occurs, if you

Signup a new child for domain keemail.net Deactivate the child Remove domain keemail.net from whitelabel parent Activate child

Whitelable child accounts are not offered any more so we do not need to fix this now.
