Allow sharing of contact lists

User story

As a user i want to be able to share my contact lists with other Tutanota users so they can send emails to the same group of addresses.

• Sharing individual contact lists is possible, similar to sharing a calendar
• Contact list invitations are shown below the Contact lists in another "invitation" section
• Shared contact lists are shown in its own section "other contact lists"

During "A user can remove a shared contact list by selecting "sharing" and clicking the x by their name (no matter the permission level they have)": The view does not close and the user can click on the x by their name again which results in error NotAuthorizedError Error message: 403: Nd-sjBB----0 | DELETE /rest/sys/membershipservice.
