Hi,

Since the last update on MacOS, i’am unable to launch the app. The message error appears befor login.

Hi, After uninstalling the Tutanota application on MacBook Pro / Cleaning the cache / Reinstalling, the error remains the same. At every startup. The first message occurred immediately after the last update. My access via the iOS app, or via the html page remains functional. I'm a premium account holder, and still waiting for a solution.

Here's the last error message returned by the application

Hi @inpyeak1, Thank you for your reply.

This problem appears to be related to the offline credentials. Do you use an app password to unlock Tuta Mail? Assuming you meant the MacOS application cache, could you also try deleting ~/.config/tutanota-desktop then restarting the application please?

And just for the other developers here, perhaps this is related to this issue.
