it seems like it's redrawing constantly on scroll

Test Notes

[ ] The sidebar scroll still working on all views (Mail, search, contacts, calendar)
[ ] The when scrolling the sidebar, the profiling tab isn't overflowed as on the screenshot above
[ ] Event bubbles still being updated when needed
