This is a bug in your web page. It turns out that if a person goes to https://tuta.com/support/payment and types in a word, pressing Enter does nothing.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: [e.g. iOS] Debian 12
Browser [e.g. chrome, safari] Firefox
Version [e.g. 22]115.14.0esr (64-bit)

It probably is because you've released a new web site without proper testing.
