Searching for emails with Japanese characters does not return results correctly #7939

Describe the bug Searching for emails with Japanese characters will not return emails that contain the word in the title or body.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new account and login.
  2. Send an email to the same account with "東京に行きます" as a subject.
  3. Search for "東京" as a search term in the email.
  4. No emails are returned as a result.

Expected behavior The email with the subject "東京に行きます" should appear in the search results.

Additional context If the search term is completely identical to the target phrase, in the case above "東京に行きます", the target email will be displayed as the search result.
