`VERSION_NAME` in `tutashared` is invalid #7992

Related to #7990

VERSION_NAME in tutashared is not updated when other versions are updated.

As a short-term solution we need to either update it or not use it and pass it from the app and remove it from tutashared (I would prefer the latter).
