Describe the bug Desktop Notifications continue after closing app

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start Desktop App in Windows.
2. In Settings, change "Run in background" to No
3. Close app.
4. Wait for more main notifications to arrive, and see them in Windows 10 notification area, even though the app was closed.

Expected behavior Close the app, it doesn't notify you.

Thanks for your report! We weren't able to reproduce the issue on our Windows 10 machine. Specifically, we did this:

• Opened the app
• Signed in
• Changed "Run in background" to No
• Closed the window
• Received an email - no notification until we opened the app up again

Importantly, the Tuta icon disappeared from the notification area of the taskbar when "Run in background" was turned off. Does this also occur for you, is there still an icon there?
