Make search bar app-wide and the same in each view for supervisors.
Right now, we have 3 different search bars (messages view searches messages, schedule view searches upcoming appointments, and the other search bars search users). We want to unify those search bars to have one that stays consistent across the entire app (and searches both appointments, users, messages, and lesson requests).
