Match companies on field such as email and phone number rather than just tc2_cligency id #248

currently we dont check / match companies, meaning if they book a call then sign up then the companies are not matched together

when someone books a call on tc2.com do we create a client in TC

We currently match on email, but we should try to match on phone too, if that does not work
