App: Move live route into time #11

@Vijaykv5 Sure! The requirement is to move the route in app/src/routes/(course-reader)/live to app/src/routes/(time)/live to be in a more logical group, as this functionality is more related to time than the course reader.

The acceptance criteria is that it functions and all required header components display correctly.
