[WIP] Use oiio plugins to handle EXR files

These are the compressions available in the exrwriter plugin.
I implement this in the oiiowriter to delete the exr plugins when all of their features will be available in oiio plugins.
TODO:
oiioreader: added param to decode display/data window (exrreader outputData parameter).
oiiwriter: added param to write scanline or tiles images

oiioreader: validate the decoding of exr files of all types (16f, 32i and 32f).
remove EXR reader/writer plugins.
