Suggestion for farm monitor #357

Wish to add mail alert function with the offline rigs in the lan.

Done...check latest master code.

You must use last config file format.

The problem is in my config file. :P

There are a some of false alarms.The rigs are online but email report offline.

I have changed sensitivity at last master code, now timeout for api call is 10 seconds (5 before) and only notifies after 5 minutes of no response (2 before).

Please test last master code
