Caution- Nv 397.64 driver breaks Megaminer #414

397.64-notebook-win10-64bit-international-whql.exe For anyone that has issues with "gpu list" no nvidia devices listed, this driver has broken MegaMiner.

Using default master branch or recent release, both seems to be affected so can not mine. Other mining software continues to work but not MegaMiner.

Last stable driver "perform clean install" = 397.31-notebook-win10-64bit-international-whql.exe

Tested after 4x windows format / reinstall + update with this same results.

Current tested hardware = Nvidia 1080m & i7-8700k laptop = desktop nv1070ti performance.

To fix this and remove the Nvidia drivers with issues search for DDU / Display Driver Uninstaller or guru3d website can be used. Unzip the file and boot into "windows safe mode" using win 10 "updates section and restart into recovery, then once this options is shown, select ? 4 = safe mode and once in safe mode then run the default option for DDU.

I ran it 2x times just to be sure it worked and then rebooted, after I installed nv397.31 and everything is working good with any version of MegaMiner.
