QR Code Apps Not working #104

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a QR Code App
2. Scan Or Close the QR Code App
3. Black screen and reboot device

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Scan The QR code and go to the scanned content, or close the app and not reboot
