Battery doesnt charge quickly, but drains quickly #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on 3G network with medium level brightness.
2. With normal usage like calls, msgs and wtsapp.
3. Battery comes down to 14% within 2-3hrs.
4. Charged only up to 79% even after plugging it for 8hrs straight.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Battery charging should be quick and drain happen normally.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OpenSEMC-KK-4.4.2 Beta3

Please provide any additional information below.
Compared to stock ICS/JB:
Stock ICS/JB
Charging to 100% -> <4hrs.
Draining to 14%(normal usage, music, wtsapp, calls on 3G)  -> 8-9hrs.
OpenSEMC-KK-4.4.2 Beta3
Charging to 100% -> >10hrs.
Draining to 14%(normal usage, music, wtsapp, calls on 3G)  -> <2hrs.
