VoIP calls are mute #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure a VoIP account in native dialer settings
2. Call a number via internet

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The call apparently works fine, can hear signal before reply, timer is working, 
hang works corretly however is impossibile hear the counterpart voice and send 
own voice.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CM-11.0 | OpenSEMC - BETA 2

Works here, the report is invalid nontheless, as no logcat is provided.
