Messaging error #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Meassagin>settings>manage SIM card messages
2. Try deleting SIM card messages
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of deleting the messages an error message pops out "Unfortunately, 
messaging has stopped". Then it goes back to settings

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
