If stuck on opensemc logo, try pressing the power button for 1 second, the 
cyanogenmod logo should appear after that. I'm not sure it's always gonna work, 
but it worked for me so far.

Yeah....there is always a fix for any problem and I'll tell you firstly... That 
what happened to your phone....... It is called "bricked" .....
now the solution is you have to download a "flash tool"for Xperia naming flash 
tool androxyde and 2) Xperia s jelly bean "ftf" file which is about 459 mb 
around......

And the flash tool will guide you the steps.....:-)
