Camera key only works on camera app. #73

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. hold the camera key when the phone is inactive.
2. with the camera app opened, press the camera key. It will take a photo as 
expected.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 step 1 should open the camera app. Nothing happens instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 11-20131229-UNOFFICIAL-nozomi So 29. Dez 20:19:52 CET 2013cm_nozomi_userdebug 4.4.2 KOT49H 48e11bf507 test-keys

In FXP CM10 images, the camera button works everywhere (as long as the phone is 
turned on), if that helps...
