What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Handling the notification drawer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Smooth handling of motivation drawer
Output: Handling is not smooth/laggy.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CM 11.0|OpenSEMC - BETA 3

Please provide any additional information below.
Using some other CM themes fixes the issue (Not all of the themes though)
