Reproduce

create file pm2.json file (http://pm2.keymetrics.io/docs/usage/application-declaration/) with exec cluster & 3 instances
Run pm2 start pm2.json isMaster always return false

find out because of customized pm2 instance_var value in pm2.json config

Would be good if checking likes this parseInt(process.env[config.pm2InstanceVar]) === 0
